Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Pottery venue is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, building a kitchen to be proud of and training great people. You’ll master the menu and deliver great food with passion, bringing sizzling skills to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Passion for delivering quality food and menus.
• Ability to manage food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Aim to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Pottery, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
