Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team in delivering great food. You will train and coach chefs, manage stock and food preparation, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards in a busy branded pub environment.
