Job summary

Harvester - Broxden Manor is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to help the Head Chef build a kitchen to be proud of and lead a team to deliver great food.

You will train chefs, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards while driving targets and creating a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training chefs.
• Ability to manage food orders and stock levels.
• Knowledge of branded menu execution and quality standards.
• Familiarity with health and hygiene regulations.
