Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Fowlers Farm is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen crew, and deliver high-quality, great-tasting dishes. You’ll drive performance, manage ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to branded menus and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver pride-worthy food.
• Drive team toward targets and performance goals.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
