Mitchells & Butlers PLC, within Vintage Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in crafting a kitchen you can be proud of. You will master the menu with a passion for serving great food and training superb people, in a setting that blends rustic charm with modern standards.

Join the March Hare team to lead food prep, stock control and health and hygiene compliance, while inspiring your chefs to hit targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
