Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Marston Green (CV7 7HL) is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a busy kitchen. You will train chefs, drive targets with your team, manage food orders, prep and stock, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and team supervision.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food prep.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
