Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Toby Carvery – Chadderton Park is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a team of chefs, and uphold brand standards in a busy kitchen. You will drive the team to deliver exceptional roast lunches and meals, maintaining consistency and guest satisfaction.

You’ll train staff, manage stock and food ordering, and ensure strict health and hygiene compliance while delivering great hospitality in a branded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering consistent food quality.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to meet brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
