Job summary

Toby Carvery is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at Bessacarr. You will support the Head Chef, lead and train a kitchen team, and ensure every dish meets our high standards while developing staff and maintaining a well-organized kitchen.

You’ll manage ordering, prep and stock, drive performance, and champion food safety on a branded menu across shifts. A people-focused, energetic leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Proven track record in food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Familiarity with branded menus and standard recipes.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver quality food.
• Drive targets with the team and monitor performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency.
