Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Toby Carvery in Rotherham, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud, lead a team, and help deliver great food and memorable experiences for guests.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and progression opportunities within the Mitchells & Butlers group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team; ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud.
• Train and develop kitchen staff to deliver great food.
• Oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
