Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery – Shiremoor to support the Head Chef in delivering a kitchen you can be proud of. You will master the branded menu, train chefs, manage ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while leading a team to deliver great hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
