Mitchells & Butler s PLC in Newbury is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and ensure the brand standards are met across menus.

You will train Chefs, manage stock and ordering, and uphold health and hygiene regulations while driving team performance in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a branded environment.
• Ability to manage food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving targets with a team.
