Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via Vintage Inns' Cuckoo, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of.

You’ll train a spirited kitchen crew, drive targets with your team, assist with ordering, stock control, and ensure the branded menu is executed to high standards while maintaining health and hygiene.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Committed to training staff to deliver consistent quality.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Cuckoo, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
