Job summary

Jolly Gardeners in London is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of, manage stock, and ensure brand standards and hygiene compliance. Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and portioning.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock and food ordering.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Jolly Gardeners, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
