Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader at the Green Tree Inn. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, training great people and taking ownership of the menu. If you are passionate about great food and leadership, join us.

• Experience in kitchen operations and food safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pub kitchen.
• Strong team leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
