Mitchells & Butlers plc at the Firecrest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train chefs, and uphold brand standards while delivering great dining experiences.

You will drive the menu, manage stock and safety compliance, and help the team achieve targets in a fast-paced pub kitchen environment. Benefits include shift flexibility and extensive staff discounts.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Firecrest, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
