The Gables, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead training, inspire your team and manage day-to-day kitchen operations with passion for great food.

You’ll handle food ordering, stock control and ensure strict health and hygiene standards while delivering on a branded menu and helping the team exceed targets and guest expectations.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
