Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Deer Park to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen to be proud of, and manage a menu with passion for great food.

You will train chefs, drive targets with your team, assist with ordering and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. The role offers a path for progression within Premium Country Pubs.
