Job summary

Old Manor Inn, part of Mitchells & Butler's Sizzling Pub & Grill family, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage the kitchen, and train the team to deliver high-quality dishes. You’ll lead by example, drive performance, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and delivering consistent food quality.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and branded menus.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Stock control and food ordering experience.
