Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Green Man pub in Cambridge is looking for a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader. You will support the Head Chef, lead and train your Kitchen Team, and ensure food quality and a branded menu is delivered with pride.

• Experience leading a kitchen team or section.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
