Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the Red Lion at Oaktree Pubs. You will support the Head Chef, train your team and manage a branded menu, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cost control.

You’ll drive performance, enjoy flexible shifts, and benefit from staff discounts, progression opportunities, and financial wellbeing tools as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of health & hygiene regulations and food safety standards.
• Capable of assisting with food ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality food.
• Drive targets with your team to meet business goals.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu standards and hygiene rules.
