Mitchells & Butler PLC in Fleet is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage daily kitchen operations, and train chefs to deliver top-quality dishes. You will oversee branded menus, food ordering, stock control and maintain high health and hygiene standards.
