Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Earlswood, UK, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building an exceptional kitchen and menu. You will train your team, drive performance and ensure stock, ordering and branded menu execution are top-notch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training chefs.
• Proven ability to manage ordering, stock and costs.
