The Kitchen Team Leader at the Broughton Inn works with the Head Chef to build a kitchen you can be proud of, delivering great food and training great people in Vintage Inns’ welcoming setting.

You’ll lead by example, drive targets with your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure adherence to branded menu standards and hygiene regulations, while supporting career progression and enjoying staff benefits.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Broughton Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
