Job summary

Captains Wife is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of within Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns. You will train your team, manage stock, handle food ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards while delivering on a branded menu.

• Lead and train kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.

• Work with branded menu and maintain consistency across dishes.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Captains Wife, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
