Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Swan, part of the Vintage Inns family. You will support the Head Chef, drive the team to deliver great food from a branded menu, and ensure a kitchen you’re proud of.

You will lead a team, train staff, and help with food ordering, prep, and stock control, while upholding health and hygiene standards across the operation. A strong leader with a passion for people and food is ideal.
