Job summary

Swan, part of Vintage Inns, invites you to join as Kitchen Team Leader in our rural pub settings. You will support the Head Chef, master the menu with a passion for great food, and train great people in a welcoming team environment.

You’ll train and inspire Chefs, manage food ordering and stock, ensure health and hygiene standards, and help the team deliver meals guests are proud of while aiming for continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Swan, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
