Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Bradley Inn. You will back the Head Chef, train staff, and drive the kitchen to deliver great food and service in a branded pub environment.

You will oversee food preparation, ordering, and stock control, ensuring health and hygiene standards are met while promoting the team’s development and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and driving results.
• Ability to support Head Chef and train staff to high standards.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control in a pub/restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve targets with the group.
• Support with food ordering, preparation and stock control to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations across the team.
• Uphold the branded menu standards and deliver great guest experiences.
