Bulls Head is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, in Ember Inns spirit of community and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a kitchen team and training staff.
• Ability to manage food orders and stock.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Oversee adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
