Job summary

Oatsheaf in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, help build a kitchen to be proud of and lead the team in delivering great food.

You will manage orders, stock, and work with a branded menu while ensuring health and hygiene regulations are met. The role offers progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and inspiring Chefs to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ability to train staff and promote best practices in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
