Mitchells & Butler PLC's Oatsheaf in Fleet is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train the kitchen crew, and master a branded menu for consistent quality.

You will drive food quality, supervise stock and orders, and uphold hygiene standards while working towards targets, with opportunities for progression and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
