Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of within Ember Inns. You will manage training, stock control, and menu execution while applying brand standards and health and safety regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Hollybrook, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
