Ember Inns is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train chefs, manage daily food prep, and ensure the branded menu is delivered with consistency and care.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader atthe Hollybrook, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
