Job summary

Lambs Green Inn, part of Vintage Inns, seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team in delivering great food. You will train Chefs, manage branded menus, and drive performance while ensuring health and hygiene standards are met.

You’ll thrive on developing people, managing stock and orders, and embracing a culture of quality dining in a charming pub setting. A competitive benefits package is on offer.

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
