Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Oaktree Pubs is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train chefs, and drive a branded menu with pride. You’ll oversee food prep, stock control, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering great guest experiences.

The role offers flexible shifts, opportunities for progression, staff discounts, and a supportive team. A pension and holiday entitlement are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and train staff.
• Demonstrated focus on achieving targets with a team.
• Experience in food ordering, prep, and stock control.
