Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for the Red Lion, part of the Sizzling Pub & Grill brand. You’ll support the Head Chef, train chefs, manage stock and orders, and ensure the branded menu is executed to high standards.

You’ll drive performance, uphold health and hygiene regulations, and have opportunities for progression with paid qualifications and team perks across MB brands. A competitive salary is offered with benefits and pension.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub/restaurant.
• Passion for great food and people development.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
