Job summary

EGO - Cannock is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to assist the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train a team, master the branded menu, and drive performance with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You’ll manage food ordering, preparation and stock control, while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards. The role offers progression and a competitive salary within a supportive Mitchells & Butlers family.
