EGO - Shadwell is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen that delivers great food and trains great people. You’ll drive the team on a branded menu, manage stock and ordering, and ensure high standards of health and hygiene.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atEGO - Shadwell, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
