Job summary

EGO - Nuneaton, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, champion a great menu, and train staff. You will help ensure high standards of food quality and service while driving team performance and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage food orders, prep, and stock control.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
