EGO - Woodbridge is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training great people. You will lead a kitchen section, support the Head Chef, manage stock and ordering, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. The role offers progression and a strong team culture within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or similar in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Oversee health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
• Manage Chefs and the wider kitchen team, ensuring smooth sections.
• Lead in the absence of the Head Chef and smash targets with your team.
