Job summary

Join the Longbridge Mill as a Kitchen Team Leader, supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train and inspire Chefs and the Kitchen Team, ensure food is prepared to a high standard, and master the branded menu with passion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering great food and training people.
• Ability to manage food ordering, stock and daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Longbridge Mill, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
