Job summary

Brassmills is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train and inspire your chefs, master the branded menu and drive food prep and stock control to the highest standard.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Brassmills, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
