Mitchells & Butlers PLC, at the Longbridge Mill, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, master the menu, train staff and deliver great food in a welcoming Vintage Inn setting.

You will manage food ordering, stock, and hygiene, drive team targets, and help guests feel welcome. The role includes pension, 28 days holiday, staff discounts, and shares as part of the comprehensive package.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Longbridge Mill, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
