Job summary

Anchor Inn is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, and to master the menu with a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock, food ordering and menu execution.
• Excellent training and mentoring skills.
