Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader for the Greyhound at Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team, and lead with pride in the menu. You’ll work in a warm, pub dining setting with a focus on great food and people development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Ability to hit targets with a team.
• Experience with branded menus and stock/food ordering.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
