Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef at the Brockwell Seam, driving a kitchen built to pride and delivering great food. You will train team members, uphold the branded menu, and ensure efficient stock control.

You will lead with passion, push for targets, and ensure health and hygiene standards while contributing to a welcoming guest experience in a community-focused pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in branded pubs or restaurants.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
