Miller & Carter – Basingstoke is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train the team and deliver high-quality dishes, with a passion for great food.

You will lead by example, manage stock and health and safety, and drive guest satisfaction. The role offers flexible shifts, strong staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within Mitchells & Butler's Steak concept.

As Kitchen Team Leader at Miller & Carter - Basingstoke, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
