Qualifications

• Experience leading Kitchen/Brasserie teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with food ordering and stock control.
• Ability to work with a branded menu and maintain standards.
• Proven track record of training and developing staff.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality meals.
• Drive targets with the team and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
