Job summary

Miller & Carter Horsham is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will work with a brand known for steak, with opportunities for progression and paid qualifications, plus flexible shifts and staff discounts. Join us to help every guest feel welcome and ensure excellent service.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
