Miller & Carter - Lancing is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Qualifications

• Training and leadership abilities for kitchen teams.
• Ability to manage stock, food ordering and HACCP compliance.
• Strong communication and motivation of staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with the team and maintain consistent quality.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure health and hygiene regulations are met.
• Lead by example to make every guest feel welcome.
