Mitchells & Butler(s) PLC's Miller & Carter – Lancing is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
